We kindly ask that all cancellations or re-bookings are made at least 24 hours in advance of your original appointment time. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a charge of 50% of the service fee for the appointment scheduled that day. No-call/no-show cancellations may be subject to a charge of 100% of the service fee. We understand that life can be unpredictable. Cancellation fees may be waived one time for extraordinary circumstances at the discretion of management.
